Our Story
Stan Weaver is the principal owner of Modular Home Erectors. He began working as a member of a set crew in 1993 at CRM Construction. In this role, he learned many facets of the modular industry and quickly climbed the ranks to crew chief where he managed an entire crew. In 1996, Stan formed his own company, hiring two other employees from his former company. In addition to his extensive hands-on experience, Stan has attended the Modular Housing Technical Institute, where he sharpened and honed his skills and knowledge of the trade.
In 2002, Stan's brother Junior started with the company as a laborer and has worked his way to foreman and General Manager. When you are getting an estimate from MHE, you are getting a team with over 50 years combined experience in the modular home project field.
